Job summary

ARCO National Holdings seeks an experienced Project Manager for its Mission Critical team in Milwaukee, WI. You will oversee data center construction projects nationwide, coordinating design, budgeting, contracts, and schedule while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of construction management and/or estimating experience.
• Experience leading data center or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of the project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Work with clients and design team to develop preliminary concepts and budgets.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, reduce costs, and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for all trades and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to procure material directly to control budget or schedule.
• Develop and review subcontractor scopes, schedules, and site logistics with the Project Superintendent.
• Lead preconstruction planning meetings with designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead ongoing OAC meetings on-site during construction to review progress and address challenges with the client.
• Track project performance vs budget; prepare owner pay apps, cost status, and progress billing reports.
• Maintain a culture where construction is enjoyable for clients, subcontractors, and vendors while upholding quality and safety.
