Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in Des Moines, Iowa. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 4 years of experience in commercial construction, particularly in Mission Critical Data Center projects.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools.
• Mission Critical Data Center project experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the project preconstruction process including developing bid procedures.
