The position requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 10+ years of proven experience, with willingness to travel for projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning processes is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management required.
• 10+ years of proven experience in construction, preferably in the Mission Critical industry.
• Ability to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams and subcontractors to meet goals and budgets.
• Develop client relationships and coordinate with professional groups involved.
• Engage in preconstruction activities including estimating, procurement strategy and scheduling.
• Maintain QA/QC programs and commissioning processes.
• Lead risk evaluation, contract negotiations and budget decisions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead project progress meetings and oversee design development.
