Worldwide Mission Critical in the United States seeks an Architectural Lead to oversee the design and delivery of complex data center projects, leading Civil, Structural, Landscape and Architecture (CSLA) disciplines. Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with 8+ years in high-performance mission-critical facilities.
• Knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and safety for large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience in master planning data center campuses.
• Proficient in Revit/BIM, Bluebeam, and Autodesk software.
• Strong structural design background for steel, concrete, and mass timber.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead CSLA design disciplines from concept to construction documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external AEoRs, contractors, and regulators.
• Research and develop architectural solutions for scalable, sustainable data centers.
• Manage RFPs, evaluate proposals, and ensure design docs meet requirements.
• Guide AEoR teams to meet milestones and maintain quality.
• Identify risks and adjust schedules to meet business demands.
• Participate in testing, mock-ups, and commissioning activities.
• Foster communication across stakeholders and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and status reporting.
• Provide guidance on building systems design per standards.
• Evaluate existing facilities for data center conversion feasibility.
• Coordinate among disciplines for integrated designs.
• Lead onboarding and training of new design team members.
• Lead design, delivery, and quality meetings to resolve critical issues.
• Collaborate with Construction Quality for site reviews and commissioning scripts.
• Support Facilities Engineering with technical guidance.
