Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Review contractor payments, subcontracts, change orders, cost reports, contingencies, and disbursement schedules; review lien waivers.
• Prepare project status reports and recommend release of funds.
• Review contract drawings and specs for completeness and compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze developer cost budgets and coordinate with Cost Advisory on estimates and take-offs.
• Comment on terms of the construction agreement and design agreements; review qualification statements.
• Review construction and disbursement schedules and permits, surveys, reports, and ADA compliance.
• Prepare construction risk assessment reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
