Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of construction project management experience.
• 3–5+ years managing mission‑critical or data center construction projects.
• Experience with hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center facilities preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $20M–$500M+.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of data center construction projects, including site development.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate project activities with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions.
