Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong electrical and controls background to install/maintain complex systems.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in electrical or controls in commercial/industrial settings.
• Experience with SCADA maintenance and data center or critical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control building equipment using SCADA; respond to faults.
• Perform service on tenant-generated calls for systems and equipment (VFDs, AHUs, MCCs, switchgear, PLCs).
• Inspect and adjust mechanical equipment and maintain energy efficiency per model requirements.
• Record faults and report issues related to SCADA; maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems; maintain high/medium voltage gear.
