Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Commissioning & Startup Manager for Clark Technologies. You will verify that designed, installed, and tested systems meet performance criteria and client requirements, and lead commissioning from project initiation through turnover.

The role includes coordinating owners, design teams, contractors, vendors, and testing providers, supporting business development, training plant operations on new controls, and traveling as needed to complete commissioning

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of construction experience required; working for a general contractor is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commissioning process from project initiation through turnover.
• Develop Commissioning Plans and Commissioning Reports.
• Review OPR and BOD documents and verify alignment with commissioning objectives.
• Perform commissioning-focused reviews.
• Maintain commissioning issues logs and coordinate resolution of deficiencies.
• Perform periodic construction site observations.
• Verify completion of equipment startup activities.
• Develop functional performance test scripts and procedures.
• Review and validate contractor, vendor, and third-party testing reports.
• Verify completeness of project turnover documentation; support SOPs and MOPs development.
