Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, architecture, or engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of BIM/VDC or construction coordination experience.
• Hands-on Revit experience in a professional project environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and templates.
• Create and manage BIM Execution Plans.
• Lead and mentor BIM Coordinators and Designers.
• Coordinate model delivery and clash reporting across projects.
• Support field coordination, RFIs, submittals, and turnover documentation.
