Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a BIM Designer to model disciplines for mission-critical facilities, ensuring coordinated, constructible BIM deliverables. You will work with project teams to meet contractual requirements and maintain schedule alignment.

Based in Odessa or Houston, TX, the role requires strong Revit skills, coordination capabilities, and familiarity with Navisworks or BIM 360. Travel to sites may be involved to support coordination and field execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of BIM/VDC/CAD design experience preferred for mission critical facilities or large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and coordination platforms (Navisworks, BIM 360).

Responsibilities

• Model disciplinary scopes in Revit for structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Perform clash detection and coordination reviews to resolve design conflicts.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings to review conflicts and track resolutions.
• Develop and maintain BIM_EXECUTION plans, workflows, and data exchange standards.
• Support field coordination and layout activities to align model with construction.
• Ensure model quality and alignment with project BIM standards.
