Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (4-year) degree required.
• Licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Familiarity with building codes and LEED or sustainability credential preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in A/E industry; Mission Critical sector preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work with others under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Architect to ensure design and technical quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and other consultants using Revizto.
• Support delivery of professional services per HED Design Process guidelines.
• Assist with directing staff and developing delivery strategies for projects.
• Understand design intent and communicate it through documentation with limited direction.
• Mentor junior team members as needed; coordinate with project team disciplines.
