Job summary

Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) is seeking a Technical Architectural Designer II to support project teams from early design through construction under experienced guidance. You will apply Revit workflows, mentor junior staff, and contribute to mission-critical projects while expanding cross-market experience in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, 5+ years in A/E, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (4-year) required.
• Licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Familiarity with building codes is expected.
• LEED accreditation or sustainability credential preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in A/E industry; Mission Critical sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Architect to ensure design and technical quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and other consultants using Revizto.
• Support delivery of professional services per HED guidelines.
• Assist with staff mentoring and project delivery strategies.
• Communicate design intent through documentation with limited direction.
• Coordinate with project team disciplines as needed.
• Participate in project meetings and design reviews.
• Perform submittal reviews during bidding and construction administration.
