Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance.
• Linux-based operating systems experience.
• Proficient in Python development and scripting.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience creating and maintaining Ansible roles and playbooks.
• Experience with Elastic Stack and containerization (Podman).
• Jira or ServiceNow ticketing experience.
• GitLab CI/CD workflows and automated deployment pipelines.
• Desirable: Angular and/or Rust experience.
• Familiarity with Tenable and Apache NiFi.
• Experience supporting enterprise or IC environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 technical support for mission-critical applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues.
• Assist customers with configuration, deployment, and operational support.
• Collaborate with vendor support teams on challenges.
• Mentor team members and share technical guidance.
• Monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Partner with customers to ensure high service levels.
