Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/ML/Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software, data, or AI engineering experience.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• U.S. citizenship and active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, integrate, evaluate, and maintain AI/ML capabilities.
• Develop, train, test, and evaluate AI/ML solutions.
• Build and integrate AI-enabled applications and services.
• Support mission-relevant generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, classification, optimization.
• Establish repeatable model-development and evaluation processes.
• Evaluate accuracy, reliability, security, bias, and operational suitability.
• Develop APIs, pipelines, and integration mechanisms.
• Support model deployment, monitoring, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Work with data scientists, architects, engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and operational users.
• Document assumptions, limitations, risks, and performance results.
• Apply responsible and secure AI-engineering principles.
