Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Mission Control Specialist – Part Templating Lead to own the quality, consistency, and throughput of part templating. This hybrid role blends hands-on templating with team leadership, standards setting, and scheduling to align with fast-moving customer and production priorities.

You will document workflows, monitor quality, and onboard new team members, ensuring templating operations are scalable and repeatable.

Qualifications

Experience templating standards and workflows in a manufacturing/robotics context.
Strong documentation skills with attention to detail and clarity.
Ability to manage team capacity, schedules, and task assignments.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain part templating documentation and standards.
Monitor team output for consistency; coach to reduce drift and improve quality.
Build and manage the templating schedule against customer and production deadlines.
Assign daily/weekly templating work and adjust priorities as needed.
Onboard and train new team members on templating tools and processes.
Evaluate ramp-up work and provide structured feedback to new hires.
Balance hands-on templating with leadership and process improvements.
