Guidehouse is seeking a data governance and analytics consultant to support a premier law enforcement client's data program. You will partner with data engineers, analysts and government stakeholders to support enterprise data integration and resolve data compliance issues, while maintaining accurate data inventories and tracing data lineage.

This on-site role requires five days a week in a SCIF and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• CI polygraph after hire to maintain clearance.
• Associate's degree with 5+ years of work experience.
• 8+ years of work experience may substitute for degree.
• Data governance experience preferred.

Job Family: Operational Effectiveness Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI)

What You Will Do:

• You will support a premier law enforcement client's data program and work to review their current data and analytics capabilities. The consultant will partner with data engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to support enterprise data integration initiatives and resolve data compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate and consistent data inventories while ensuring adherence to government policies and internal governance standards.
• Document and trace data lineage across governance systems to improve transparency and accountability throughout the data lifecycle.
• Conduct recurring data quality audits and dataset profiling to identify anomalies and strengthen validation procedures.
• Collaborate across teams to improve data management processes and ensure policy aligned data collection, processing, and reporting.
• This role requires on-site abilities, 5 days a week in a SCIF.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI)) polygraph.
• Associate's degree with FIVE (5) or more years of work experience.
• EIGHT (8)+ years of work experience may be used in lieu of an associates degree.
• Experience with data governance is preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
