Job summary

Navigator Development Group Inc. seeks a Mission Command Exercise Leader for Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires active SECRET clearance, a Masters' degree, and experience with Special Operations Forces at senior staff levels. This is a full-time assignment contingent on contract award.

Minimum Education Requirement

• Masters' degree required.

Special Skills/Qualifications Required

• Graduate of U.S. Army Special Forces Officer Qualifying Course (18A), or Warrant Officer 180A and graduate of a U.S. military officer's Senior Service College, or Graduate of Warrant Officer Senior Service Education Course.

Minimal Background/Experience Required

• Assignment to Special Operations Forces (Special Forces, Military Information Support Operations, Civil Affairs, Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Aviation, Special Mission Units).
• Commander at the battalion level or Chief Warrant Officer at Group or higher.
• Served as primary staff at the SOJTF level or higher.

Additional Desired Qualifications/Experience

• Knowledge of the basic considerations of exercise design.
• Experience managing the elements or resources of exercise development and execution (including, but not limited to, people, time, infrastructure, hardware, network, databases, software, and security).
