• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission needs into executable requirements and artifacts.
• Develop system architecture views and verification plans.
• Coordinate T&E planning and tie milestones to outcomes.
• Align program baselines with budget and schedule.
• Engage stakeholders through clear briefs and memos.
• Promote MBSE and digital threads (preferred).
