Research Innovations, Inc. (RII) seeks a Deployment Strategist to bridge frontline defense with internal product teams. You will own the mission of enabling partners, map workflows, and translate requirements into actionable briefs.

A Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance is required, and a hybrid work model applies at Joint Base Lewis-McCord. You will collaborate with engineers to identify datasets, design secure data pipelines, and craft architecture suited for classified environments.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate mastery of Joint Task Force (JTF) Planning and Operations.
• Proven application of systems engineering processes to analyze and deliver operational requirements.
• Hands-on operational experience with C2, targeting, and fires systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site discovery and workflow mapping translating SOPs/CONOPs into development briefs.
• Identify opportunities for Generative AI and agentic workflows to enhance mission effectiveness.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to coordinate datasets and data pipelines.
• Design software/hardware architectures for classified, disconnected environments.
• Lead training and user adoption sessions across the joint footprint.
• Present demos, briefings, and proposals to diverse audiences.
• Assess opportunities for product development against operational requirements.
