Job summary

All Native Group, a division of Ho Chunk Incorporated, seeks a Data Scientist to support a Federal Agency enterprise data management and analytics program in the Washington, DC area. You will develop machine learning models, apply NLP to unstructured data, and build visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics with Python/R/SQL, 2+ years ML/NLP, and experience in Agile delivery within a federal context; active secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with at least one analytical language (Python, R, or SQL).
• 2+ years of ML/AI model training, incl. supervised/unsupervised, and NLP on unstructured data.
• 3+ years of SQL database experience and coding.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and evaluate custom ML/AI models.
• Apply NLP to extract and analyze unstructured data.
• Improve and expand entity extraction processes.
• Evaluate enterprise data holdings to enrich data toward mission.
• Cleanse and prepare structured and unstructured data for modeling.
• Build data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate in an Agile delivery team.
