Job summary

Qualis LLC is seeking a full-time Collective Training Analyst in Bellevue, Nebraska, to support USSTRATCOM’s training goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, or Global Strike, with a comprehensive understanding of USSTRATCOM operations and training activities. Responsibilities include developing training modules and coordinating with various personnel. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Strategic Deterrence, Nuclear Operations, or Global Strike.
• Demonstrated understanding of USSTRATCOM-assigned UCP mission sets.
• Knowledge of CJCS and USSTRATCOM Emergency Action Procedures (EAP).
• Experience with scenario-based training module development.
• Operational experience at a Combatant Command or equivalent.
• Ability to assist team members in meeting training mission requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support collective training planning, development, and assessment.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and operational planners.
• Work effectively in a secure government facility.
