Job summary

Sherpa 6 is seeking a Project Manager to lead the US Army CPE Mission Autonomy efforts. You will own a multi-million dollar contract, serving as single point of contact and ensuring budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication across stakeholders, and a commitment to ethics and integrity. On-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground with up to 25% travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Program Management or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience managing/supervising technical teams/projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of assigned projects.
• Provide a single point of contact for assigned projects.
• Interface with all stakeholders including Contracting, Financial, Legal, Security, Senior Staff, Executive Staff, Customers, End Users, Engineering, IT and Team Members.
• Participate in Business Development activities including networking, program capture and proposal development.
• Develop project artifacts including detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conduct project meetings virtually and/or in-person.
• Perform project tracking and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and review project deliverables.
• Ensure all project contractual obligations are being satisfied.
