Job summary

Leidos in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Quality Analyst with strong EPLM and MES experience to support mission assurance and contract compliance. You will collaborate with configuration management, PM Quality, MES team, and audits to ensure timely, accurate CDRL deliverables and program-level reporting.

The role requires analytical problem solving, effective communication with management and customers, and proficiency with Power BI, ISO9001/AS9100/AS6500 standards, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 4–8 years of relevant quality experience; or Master’s with 2–6 years; HS/GED with 10 years’ relevant quality experience considered.
• Ability to solve complex problems and communicate with multiple management levels.
• Capable of conducting in-person and virtual customer meetings.
• Familiarity with Windchill/Agile EPLM programs.

Responsibilities

• Screen CDRL deliverables for contract compliance during pre-delivery review with Government customer.
• Create and review reporting metrics for program-level mission assurance.
• Collaborate with PM Quality, MES team, configuration management, and QS audits.
• Support audits for AS9100 and AS6500 requirements; participate in internal/external audits.
