Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking a Mission Analysis Engineer to take on a critical role in their engineering team. You will be responsible for building simulations for large satellite constellations and owning image processing algorithms, essential for meeting mission requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aerospace systems design and simulation, with a strong background in image processing. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, along with a 100% onsite work requirement in El Segundo, California.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in aerospace systems design, analysis, and/or operation.
• Experience in modeling and simulation of complex satellite systems.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain simulations for large satellite constellations.
• Own the Electro‑Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) image processing algorithms chain.
• Develop novel algorithms, models, and data processing schemes.
