Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks a Mission Analysis Engineer to lead modeling, simulation, and analysis across a program lifecycle, including development of CONOPS and DRM simulations. You will drive end-to-end validation of mission capabilities and contribute to program performance metrics.

You will design and deploy advanced algorithms for sensor systems, work with leadership to deliver high-quality results, and ensure solutions meet customer requirements on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of related experience
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink, Python, or C++
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain simulations for large satellite constellations to assess effectiveness against mission requirements
• Own EO/IR image processing algorithms chain from photon to Warfighter
• Create models for space vehicle payloads for system trades and performance predictions
• Develop novel algorithms and data processing schemes for MW/MT, RPO, and SDA systems
• Architect CONOPS/DRM and associated simulations
• Collaborate with software/firmware teams to deploy simulation platforms (HW/SW-in-the-loop)
