Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years in Aerospace and Defense with engineering background.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships by understanding priorities, challenges, and value.
• Identify and track opportunities considering DoD budget timing and contracting processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop differentiated solutions to complex customer problems.
• Gather market intelligence to inform strategy and internal priorities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive actions to strengthen competitive differentiation, improve margins, and increase bookings.
