Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics or equivalent.
• 5-12 years of related technical experience.
• Experience with modeling and simulation (M&S).
• Ability to program in structured software languages.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance.
• Experience with GNC, Radar Sensors, or weapon performance modeling preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship with Active Secret Security clearance required or ability to maintain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine system simulations, which include physics-based models.
• Perform simulation-based performance analysis to support software updates and system improvements.
• Analyze flight test data to verify and improve simulation accuracy.
• Support studies to assess operational effectiveness of weapon systems.
• Work with missile software and platform integration teams to ensure simulations reflect system of systems realities.
• Generate briefings and technical reports to communicate system effectiveness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
