Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor of Science in STEM with 7+ years missile defense DoD program experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of AIAA S-113 (and related standards).
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, ECOs/ECPs, and manufacturing work instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication to government leadership and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit prime contractor designs, drawings, manufacturing processes and assembly records to ensure flight-worthiness and baselined specs.
• Apply AIAA S-113 and related standards to assess ordnance, explosive devices, pyrotechnic separation mechanisms, pressure vessels, and propulsion subsystems.
• Participate in technical baseline reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR, FRR) with objective evidence for mission assurance.
• Oversee MRB dispositions, deviations, waivers, and CAPA actions.
• Review QTPs/ATPs and serve as on-site engineering witness during critical testing events.
• Lead IPT meetings with supplier partners to maintain schedule alignment and drive rapid problem resolution.
