Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Master's degree in STEM with 12+ years in DoD missile defense or similar large programs.
• Experience managing end-to-end program lifecycles for complex systems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple urgent tasks.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering oversight and design assessment on payloads and countermeasures.
• Independently evaluate prime contractor designs, plans, reports and procedures.
• Analyze target instrumentation requirements and testing methodologies.
• Support milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRB, MRB, PAR) with technical evaluation.
• Coordinate with external DoD organizations and lead Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
• Assist cost estimations and collaborate with schedulers to align delivery schedules.
