Mission Driven Research in Huntsville is seeking a Program Management Integrator to provide cross-functional integration and direct program management support to keep priorities, schedules, and activities aligned with program objectives. You will synchronize efforts across engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and other areas to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8 years' experience coordinating planning/operations in product/program office.
Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

Synchronize efforts across engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and other areas to support timely program execution.
Develop and maintain program briefing charts, leadership updates, and decision materials.
Ensure consistent and accurate program messaging across internal and external engagements.
Track high-priority actions, milestones, risks, decisions, and leadership taskings for accountability and timely closure.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for safety-related incidents or anomalies.
Maintain program-wide situational awareness.
Coordinate with key stakeholders and identify emerging issues needing leadership attention.
