Radiance Technologies in Huntsville seeks an aerospace radar engineer, physicist, or computer scientist to join as a Missile Radar System Modeling and Simulation Analyst. You will work with system engineers and modelers to review, test, and document radar missile models used to train pilots and test flight software.
Candidates must have a BS or higher in a relevant field, US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated aerospace radar engineer, physicist, or or computer scientist to serve as a Missile Radar System Modeling and Simulation Analyst for foreign air and missile defense weapon systems. The candidate will work with system engineers and other modelers to review, update, test, and document changes to radar missile models based on finished all-source intelligence products, ensuring the models meet technical and performance specifications. Built in Simulink and converted to C++, these models are used by the Air Force and Navy to train pilots and test flight software. Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of physics, s will need to have a good understanding of radar operations, a solid foundation in modeling and simulation, and working knowledge of analysis tools such as Matlab/Simulink.
