Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Huntsville seeks an aerospace radar engineer, physicist, or computer scientist to join as a Missile Radar System Modeling and Simulation Analyst. You will work with system engineers and modelers to review, test, and document radar missile models used to train pilots and test flight software.

Candidates must have a BS or higher in a relevant field, US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or similar field.
• US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, inference, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government and contractor engineers to review and update radar missile models.
• Present findings to appropriate groups and determine actionable steps based on results.
• Prepare technical reports for management documenting analytical findings.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff when needed.
