Job summary

Trinzic, the upcoming spin-off of KBR's Mission Technology Solutions, seeks a Weapons System Analyst to provide technical support for the Army’s integrated air and missile defense mission. You will evaluate system performance using Live Firings, Ground Testing, and simulations, delivering assessments that influence capability enhancements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, close collaboration with Warfighters and leadership, and the ability to interpret complex data and communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM field plus 3–5 years of defense analysis experience.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and must be a US citizen with DoD clearance eligibility.
• Experience in Missile Defense System analysis, program execution, or related defense operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Weapons System including its requirements and operations.
• Define metrics and analyze data to assess system performance.
• Provide direct support to the Warfighter by responding to Requests for Information including analyzing Real-World data and collaborating with the team to provide recommendations for enhanced performance.
• Support test events (Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulations) by defining requirements and objectives, executing tests, analyzing system performance, and generating test reports.
• Prepare and present briefings to various audiences, including USG, Warfighters, and high levels of leadership.
• Review and track software changes and system requirements.
• May participate in the development of technical proposals for new and/or existing business opportunities.
