Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient underwriting skills required.
• Accurate and numerate with strong analytical ability.
• Strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in insurance underwriting and healthcare products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee underwriting of Miscellaneous Medical portfolio in the South Region.
• Structure tailored solutions within policy guidelines to win and retain business.
• Monitor premiums, costs and claims ratios to ensure profitability.
• Lead and coach the underwriting team to deliver results and maintain policy standards.
