Job summary

Alliance Franchise Brands LLC is seeking an MIS Support Specialist to ensure smooth operation of core business and POS platforms for franchise members and internal teams. You will provide technical help, monitor performance, and coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes training, documentation, workflow optimization, and collaboration across departments in a hybrid workplace. A bachelor’s in IT or related field or 3+ years’ experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or 3+ years if equivalent work experience.
• Proven MIS support and technical troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with database management, CRM systems, and workflow tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for MIS platforms (CoreBridge, Printer’s Plan and PrintSmith Vision) including troubleshooting and user support.
• Monitor system performance, apply updates and patches, and coordinate with vendors or IT for advanced fixes.
• Provide training and transition assistance to new Franchise Members; create user guides.
• Support QuickBooks configuration, account mapping, reconciliation, and integrations.
• Analyze current workflows, document improvements, and train users on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure efficient MIS usage across the organization.
