The Data and Process Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data and business processes supporting Montefiore's Health Home program. This role is part of a technical team supporting a complex system including web applications, data interfaces, billing and finance processes, claims and remittance workflows, and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will develop deep knowledge of both the NYS Medicaid Health Home program and the underlying technology platform, including large relational databases, complex stored procedures, and business rules. A key responsibility of this role is proactively identifying data quality issues, process breakdowns, and operational gaps through advanced SQL analysis, root cause investigation, and reporting. This is a hands‑on analytical role requiring strong technical skills, curiosity, and the ability to connect business processes with underlying data.

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency with demonstrated ability to write complex queries against large relational databases.
• Strong understanding of relational database structures, data relationships, and data quality principles.
• Experience analyzing complex business processes, data flows, and system logic.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot stored procedures, interfaces, and batch processes.
• Experience developing analytical reports and exception monitoring solutions.
