Job summary

Montefiore in Yonkers, NY seeks a Senior Data Quality Analyst to provide quality oversight, reporting and remediation for MIS solutions supporting InCK and BAHN HH programs. Responsibilities include daily file exchanges and ensuring data integrity across complex workflows.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 5+ years in data quality roles, with healthcare experience highly valued and familiarity with NYS Medicaid policies a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of data quality experience or MS with 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience with NYS Medicaid programs is a big plus.

Overview

Provide Quality Oversight, Reporting and Remediation for technical solutions developed by MIS to support InCK and BAHN HH programs. Support daily file exchange with NYS DOH MAPP.

Responsibilities

Technical:

• Solid understanding of complex relational data structures.
• Solid proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to write complex queries against multiple large tables.
• Ability to understand complex operational workflows and the associated data flows.
• Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a data quality-focused role with process quality exposure (or M.S. and 3 years of experience in a similar role).

General:

• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Good understanding of SDLC.
• Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with NYS Medicaid programs and policies is a big plus.
