Job summary

WorldLink Communications is seeking a Database & BI professional to maintain a centralized database, design ETL workflows, and lead Power BI dashboard development. You will oversee data integrity and performance across connected systems and drive migration of legacy reports.

The role requires 2–3 years in a database-related role, strong SQL Server skills, and experience with paginated reports, stored procedures, and DAX. Collaboration across teams and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–3 years in a technical MIS or database-related role.
• Strong SQL Server skills; hands-on experience with stored procedures, views, and scheduled jobs; advanced Power BI including paginated reports and DAX.
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, good communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Database management: Maintain and optimize the centralized database; ensure data integrity, performance, and availability across all connected systems.
• ETL design & development: Design and maintain data integration workflows using optimized stored procedures and structured table/view definitions; manage and monitor scheduled SQL jobs to ensure reliable and timely data processing.
• Power BI development: Lead development of dashboards and paginated reports; drive the migration of global legacy reports to Power BI Paginated Reports.
• Data integration & migration: Manage cross-system data integration tasks, particularly in the context of ongoing database migration; ensure data consistency and resolve integration issues.
• Reporting & KPI support: Maintain daily and monthly MIS reports; lead baseline data preparation for PMS KPI dashboards and support quarterly KPI performance analysis.
