Job summary

Comunidad Lift is seeking a Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coordinator to lead and educate affiliate staff, elevating the overall strength and conditioning program for baseball players in the Minor Leagues at the Peoria complex.

The role focuses on developing rehab and return-to-play programs, monitoring athlete progress, and coordinating with athletic training and rehabilitation staff to ensure seamless transitions under 40-man regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold CSCS and RSCC certifications.
• Baseball experience preferred.
• Rehab/return-to-play exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and mentor affiliate staff to elevate strength and conditioning.
• Oversee, develop, and implement rehab and return-to-play programs at the MiLB Complex in Peoria, AZ.
• Monitor performance data and reports for minor league athletes.
• Collaborate with field staff coordinators to maximize player performance.
• Communicate daily with Athletic Training, Rehab, PT staff to maintain a team-first approach.
• Manage MiLB budget and financial reporting.
