As part of the Medical department, the Minor League Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitative treatment and services across the Brewers’ minor league system for both operative and non-operative patients located in Phoenix, Arizona. These services include, but are not limited to, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education, development and management of player throwing programs, and development and implementation of return-to-play progressions. The Minor League Physical Therapist will partner with coaches and interdisciplinary teams to enhance return-to-play strategies, supporting optimal rehabilitation outcomes for players.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional baseball experience in the medical or a related field, hold national certification from the National Athletic Trainers Association, and possess a Doctorate degree (DPT) from a four-year college or university. Candidates must be eligible or certified as a dual licensed/credentialed PT/ATC, have a Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) certificate, or have completed the Acute Management of Injury and Illness Courses approved by ABPTS Sports Specialty Council, prior to the start of the baseball season. Candidates who speak Spanish are preferred.
