Job summary

A dedicated evangelical non-profit in Minneapolis is seeking a Minneapolis Campus Ministry City Director to lead outreach initiatives and coach students in witnessing for Christ. The ideal candidate has ministry experience and excellent leadership and communication skills, and is driven by a passion for evangelism among youth. This full-time position requires 45+ hours per week, with a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000. Fundraising will be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Ministry experience in a church or para-church setting preferred.
• Must be able to travel in the Minneapolis area and some nationally.
• Strong commitment to service and evangelism.

Responsibilities

• Engage with youth pastors and community leaders.
• Be in the field 50-75% of the time during ministry year.
