Job summary

Concordia Plan Services in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Customer Service Intern to support data analysis, KPI tracking, and predictive modeling for ministry-focused operations. The internship runs June 1, 2027 to July 30, 2027, reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Customer Service.

You will contribute to data-driven insights while gaining exposure to pension and benefits programs. Applicants should be a Business, Finance, Statistics or related major and proficient in Microsoft Office.
