Lake Mead Christian Ministries (LMCM) is seeking a Full Time Minister- Lil’ Eagles Front Desk to manage building access, assist visitors and provide exceptional customer service to parents, staff, visitors, and callers. The role ensures compliance with Nevada regulations and LMCM policies.

The Front Desk Team Member will learn multiple school software systems (RenWeb, BrightWheel, Microix, Google Suite, Paylocity) and support the Lil’ Eagles department under the Director of Lil’ Eagles.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage interruptions in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Learn school software (RenWeb, BrightWheel, Microix, Google Suite, Paylocity).
• Enter incident/accident reports.
• Track student files - all required documents (Health physical, shot records, insurance information etc.).
• Maintain & publish Monthly Event Calendar as well as Summer Event Calendar.
• Updates department forms and documents.
• Tracks progress reports and Assessments (September, December, March, and May).
• Order and track the inventory of all supplies.
• Enter Maintenance and Tech ticket requests.
• Processes Urban League and Child Care Aware billing forms.
• Maintains classroom sign-in sheets.
• Other duties as the supervisor deems necessary.
