Lake Mead Christian Ministries (LMCM) seeks a Front Desk Team Member for Lil' Eagles to manage building access, ensure a safe environment, and warmly greet parents, staff, visitors, and callers while delivering exceptional ministry information.

This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a busy setting, and familiarity with school software (RenWeb, BrightWheel, Microix, Google Suite, Paylocity).

Lake Mead Christian Ministries (LMCM) Minister- Lil' Eagles Front Desk

Job Type: Full Time

Department: Lil' Eagles

Reports to: Director of Lil' Eagles

Compensation: $29,848- $32,500

Job Summary: The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for managing building access while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all walk-in visitors. They provide information about the ministry as a whole and deliver exceptional customer service to parents, staff, visitors, and callers. They are expected to uphold all applicable State of Nevada regulations, Nursery - K4 department requirements, and LMCM policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

• Has the ability to learn school software (RenWeb, BrightWheel, Microix, Google Suite, Paylocity)


• Enters incident/accident reports


• Track student files - all required documents (Health physical, shot records, insurance information etc.)


• Maintains & publishes Monthly Event Calendar as well as Summer Event Calendar


• Updates department forms and documents


• Tracks progress reports and Assessments (September, December, March, and May)


• Is responsible for ordering and tracking the inventory of all supplies


• Enters Maintenance and Tech ticket requests


• Processes Urban League and Child Care Aware billing forms


• Maintains classroom sign-in sheets


• Other duties as the supervisor deems necessary.
