Job Description

Drill Tech's Mining & Tunneling Division is looking for a Project Manager to work from San Francisco, CA. The position requires occasional travel as it will be necessary at various times for the applicant to work in the field. A successful candidate is willing to learn the fundamentals of our business and apply them to estimating, scheduling, cost control analysis, and operational implementation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to organize multiple concurrent tasks are required.

Primary Duties:

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Document construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget through job-cost tracking and project scheduling.
• Participate in interfacing with clients and design teams.
• Material procurement: order and manage materials and equipment.
• Track quantity takeoffs.
• Bid proposals.

Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or equivalent is desired.
• AutoCad and scheduling software is required.
• 1-5 years of similar work experience with Tunneling scopes.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
