Job summary

Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation is seeking a Security Tech to safeguard our premises, assets and personnel at our Nevada facility near Winnemucca. You will maintain a visible presence, monitor for threats, respond to alarms and liaise with law enforcement as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma and proven security experience; medical training is a plus. You will operate security systems, assist visitors and staff, and uphold safety and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
• Prior medical training preferred.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines and procedures for security operations.
• Ability to operate security equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor the premises to prevent intrusion or danger.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious activities.
• Enforce rules and report violations or incidents.
• Assist visitors, contractors, and employees professionally.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
• Prepare daily reports and logs of activities and incidents.
• Operate CCTV, alarms, locks and other security systems.
• Lead and/or assist with random drug and alcohol testing and post-accident testing.
• Lead and/or assist with random vehicle searches as needed.
