Capstone Copper is seeking a Tails & Water Parts Coordinator-Scheduler at Pinto Valley Mine near Globe-Miami, AZ. You will verify, kit, and stage parts for maintenance jobs, outages, and projects, and support parts returns, repair logistics, and yard organization.

The role requires a safety-focused mindset, strong planning and scheduling skills, and the ability to update planners and crews on parts status using SAP for work orders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in maintenance planning or scheduling.
• Minimum of one year of maintenance execution or planning.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning theories and practices.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance processes.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Verify, kit, and stage parts for maintenance jobs to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Coordinate parts status and communication with planners and crews.
• Handle repair returns, repair logistics, and yard organization.
• Assist with field staging and maintain clean laydown areas.
• Provide planning backup during absences and support long-term scheduling.
• Use SAP for work order tracking and assist with invoices and parts returns.
