Job summary

Capstone Copper is seeking a Parts Coordinator/Scheduler for the Tails & Water team in the Pinto Valley operation. The role focuses on verifying, kitting, and staging parts for maintenance jobs and outages, with responsibilities including returns, repair logistics, and field yard support.

Ideal candidates have a background in maintenance planning, strong communication skills, and knowledge of SAP. A valid driver’s license and ability to work in a On-site environment are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning or scheduling roles.
• Strong communication and safety compliance mindset.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify, kit, and stage parts for maintenance jobs and outages.
• Update planners and crews on parts status and readiness.
• Handle repair returns and maintain documentation.
• Assist with field staging and yard organization.
• Support planning during absences and long-term scheduling.
• Use SAP for work order tracking and parts returns.
