Job summary

Blue Moon Metals Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the Springer Mine project in Nevada. The role will lead day-to-day flotation circuit operation, milling, and safety-driven performance improvements in a high-production environment.

Responsibilities include commissioning readiness, reagent management, and directing a dedicated operator team to maximize recovery and concentrate grade while maintaining strict MSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mineral Processing.
• 5–8 years in industrial flotation operations, with supervisory experience.
• Direct experience with tungsten/molybdenum or skarn systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MSHA surface mining standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operation of flotation circuits and milling facilities.
• Lead operational readiness, commissioning, and SOPs for shift staff.
• Mentor a 24/7 crew of operators and technicians.
• Manage reagent dosing, budgets, and KPIs for throughput and recovery.
