Job summary

Blue Moon Metals Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Springer 1,200 tpd flotation circuit and milling facility in Nevada. You will guide day-to-day operation, optimization, and mechanical maintenance, directing reagent dosing, recovery balancing, and a dedicated crew to maximize concentrate grade while upholding strict safety standards. The role requires 5–8 years in flotation ops with supervisory experience and MSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5–8 years in industrial flotation operations with 3+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of base metal or critical mineral separation.
• Robust working knowledge of MSHA standards for processing facilities.
• Willingness to relocate to the Imlay/Winnemucca, NV area.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the flotation circuit and milling facility.
• Direct metallurgical optimization to maximize recovery and concentrate grade.
• Oversee chemical reagent dosing and interaction with labs for circuit adjustments.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and process controls across shift operators.
• Manage a 24/7 operations team with a strong safety culture.
